Terms of use
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the UK Store Towels website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
"UK Store Towels", "we", "us" and "our" refer to UK Store Towels Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15729483, VAT number GB 441 829 017). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Website: ukstoretowels.shop. Customer care: hello@ukstoretowels.shop.
2. Ordering
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the goods at the price shown. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation and take payment. We may decline an order (for example if stock is unavailable or payment fails). If we decline after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by card through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery page for current options and timeframes.
5. Cancellation and returns
As a consumer in the UK you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our voluntary returns policy is set out on Returns & refunds. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
